Go back to recipeI love the earthy flavors of the mushrooms with the nuttiness of the pistachios. We left out the red onion because of an allergy and it still tasted great.

The payoff for such a quick, easy recipe is amazing! The flavors are rich, layerd and delicious. The only part I'd omit are the pistachios that don't really add anything to this already complex-tasting dish.

Outstandin dish with deep flavor and spice! it's great on its own or perfect with any roasted meat, poultry of seafood that isn't saucy.
