This was such a great dish! I am usually not a big salmon fan, because it is often too fishy for me, but this recipe is perfect. Incredible easy and quick as well!

I thought the tomato "sauce" complimented the salmon perfectly--I was actually surprised at how much flavor this dish had!

Great dish. I used chopped plum tomatoes for this and found that their juices imparted a nice stew-like quality.
