We mad these Christmas Eve and it was big hit and super easy - though i had to do the potatoes in two patches in my cast iron. I made several hours ahead and reheated, everyone loved them.

Excellent! Hosted a dinner party on the weekend and everyone raved about these. They have all requested the recipie. I made ahead and put into a cassarole dish and reheated as directed. Will definately make again!
