Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Oven-Dried Tomatoes
- 1 rosemary sprig
- 1 thyme sprig
- 1 small garlic clove, halved
- 1 basil sprig
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, warm the olive oil over low heat. Add the Oven-Dried Tomatoes, rosemary, thyme and garlic and cook over very low heat for 30 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a large heatproof bowl and let cool completely, then add the basil. Store in a sealed jar, refrigerated, for up to 1 day.
