Cocktails for the Rocks Glass

Scotch Whiskey

  1. Ice
  2. 1 ounce blended Scotch
  3. 1 ounce Punt e Mes or other sweet vermouth
  4. 1 ounce Aperol (bitter orange aperitif)
  5. 1 orange twist
  1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the twist and stir well. Strain the drink into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the orange twist.
