1 ounce blended Scotch
1 ounce Punt e Mes or other sweet vermouth
1 ounce Aperol (bitter orange aperitif)
1 orange twist
How to Make It
Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the twist and stir well. Strain the drink into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the orange twist.
