  • 3 oregano sprigs, lightly crushed
  • 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil

How to make this recipe

  1. In a glass measuring cup, combine the oregano and olive oil. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 and up to 2 days. Discard the sprigs before using.

Make Ahead

The oil can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
