Oregano Oil

  1. 3 oregano sprigs, lightly crushed
  2. 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  1. In a glass measuring cup, combine the oregano and olive oil. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 and up to 2 days. Discard the sprigs before using.
Make Ahead The oil can be refrigerated for up to 1 week.
