Orange Wine

  • SERVINGS: 24 ounces of Orange Wine
  • MAKE-AHEAD

Use this wine to make the Vin d'Orange.

  1. 1 bottle dry white wine, such as Pinot Grigio
  2. 4 ounces grappa
  3. 4 oranges, quartered
  4. 1 lemon, quartered
  5. One 3-inch piece of a vanilla bean, split lengthwise
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in an airtight container and refrigerate for 3 to 4 weeks. Strain the infused wine through cheesecloth, cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
