- 1 bottle dry white wine, such as Pinot Grigio
- 4 ounces grappa
- 4 oranges, quartered
- 1 lemon, quartered
- One 3-inch piece of a vanilla bean, split lengthwise
- Combine all of the ingredients in an airtight container and refrigerate for 3 to 4 weeks. Strain the infused wine through cheesecloth, cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
