Orange Maple Butter

  • FAST
  1. 1 stick (4 ounces) unsalted butter, softened
  2. 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  3. 2 teaspoons finely grated orange zest
  4. Pinch of salt
  1. In a medium bowl, using a handheld mixer, beat all of the ingredients together on medium speed until light and fluffy. Transfer to a small bowl and serve.
Make Ahead The butter can be refrigerated for up to 1 week. Bring to room temperature before serving. Serve With Peppered Ginger Spice Muffins with Orange Maple Butter.
