Co-owner Ravel Centeno-Rodriguez based this cocktail on two of his favorite childhood drinks: the Latin American fruity milk shake Morir Soñando and the orange smoothie at New York City hot dog institution Gray's Papaya.

2 ounces orange rum
1 ounce Licor 43 (see Note)
1 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
2 ounces fresh orange juice
1/2 ounce heavy cream
1 orange wedge
How to Make It
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the orange rum, Licor 43, Cointreau, fresh orange juice and heavy cream. Shake well and strain the cocktail into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish the drink with the orange wedge.
Licor 43 is a syrupy, vanilla-flavored Spanish liqueur made from a combination of 43 herbs and spices. It is available at most large liquor stores.
