How to Make Aerated Green Apple Sorbet

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces orange rum
  • 1 ounce Licor 43 (see Note)
  • 1 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
  • 2 ounces fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce heavy cream
  • 1 orange wedge

How to make this recipe

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the orange rum, Licor 43, Cointreau, fresh orange juice and heavy cream. Shake well and strain the cocktail into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish the drink with the orange wedge.

Notes

Licor 43 is a syrupy, vanilla-flavored Spanish liqueur made from a combination of 43 herbs and spices. It is available at most large liquor stores.
