Cocktails for the Highball Glass

  1. Ice
  2. 1 3/4 ounces blanco tequila
  3. 1/2 ounce Lillet blanc
  4. 1 ounce apple juice, preferably unfiltered
  5. 1 ounce Fresh Cucumber Juice
  6. 3/4 teaspoon agave nectar mixed with 3/4 teaspoon water
  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons jalapeño hot sauce
  8. 1 jalapeño and 4 to 6 cucumber wheels, for garnish
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnishes and shake well. Strain the drink into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish with the jalapeño and cucumber wheels.
