Old Faithful Punch
- SERVINGS: Makes about 20 drinks

Grapefruit adds a sweet-tart flavor to this citrusy large-batch version of a mint julep. "We had such a demand for the punch and made it so frequently," says Gina Chersevani, "that the staff started to call it 'Old Faithful.'"
- In a large bowl, whisk the bourbon with the elderflower liqueur and sugar until the sugar dissolves completely. Stir in the grapefruit juice, bitters and grapefruit zest and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. Stir in the sparkling water and garnish with the mint leaves. Ladle the punch into ice-filled punch cups.
