Ingredients
- 16 ounces gold tequila
- 16 ounces passion fruit nectar or juice
- 8 ounces Ginger-Jalapeño Syrup
- Ice
- 16 ounces chilled club soda
- 8 jalapeño slices
- In a pitcher, combine the tequila, passion fruit nectar and Ginger-Jalapeño Syrup. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours. Stir well and pour into 8 ice-filled highball glasses. Top each drink with 2 ounces of chilled soda and garnish with a jalapeño slice.
