- 2 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 large very ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cup light coconut milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
How to make this recipe
- In a blender, puree the yogurt with the bananas and coconut milk until smooth. Add the ice cubes, 1/2 cup at a time, and blend until smooth. Pour the lassis into tall glasses and serve right away.
