Nori Apple Brandy
- SERVINGS: Makes about 24 ounces
- MAKE-AHEAD
- 6 1/3 sheets of nori
- One 750-ml bottle bonded apple brandy
- In a large jar or bowl, cover the nori with the apple brandy. Let infuse for 90 seconds (really) and strain into a container. Cover and keep at room temperature for up to 1 month.
