Recipe: Nola Mule
Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce ginger beer, preferably homemade
- 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1 candied ginger slice and 1 lime wheel skewered on a pick, for garnish
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the pineapple juice, lime juice, ginger beer and Simple Syrup and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish with the candied ginger and lime wheel.
