No-Cook Overnight Oats with Strawberries

This no-frills recipe combines just four ingredients: rolled oats, milk, almonds and honey. A fantastic breakfast or snack, it pairs perfectly with diced strawberries.

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup skim milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pint strawberries, diced

How to make this recipe

  1. In a bowl, combine the oats, milk, almonds and honey. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  2. In the morning, stir the oats and transfer to bowls. Top with diced strawberries and serve.


One Serving: 343 cal, 9 gm fat, 1 gm sat fat, 56 gm carb, 8.5 gm fiber, 13 gm protein.
