- 1 cup skim milk or almond milk
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pint strawberries, diced
How to make this recipe
- In a bowl, combine the oats, milk, almonds and honey. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and transfer to bowls. Top with diced strawberries and serve.
