- 1 ounce London dry gin
- 1 ounce Dimmi (herbal Italian liqueur)
- 1 ounce Cynar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 small grapefruit wedge, for garnish
Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the gin, Dimmi, Cynar and salt and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe or wineglass and garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
