  • SERVINGS: makes 1 drink

The Negroni was invented in 1925 when Florentine count Camillo Negroni asked a bartender to make his Americano (a mixture of Campari, sweet vermouth and club soda) with gin instead of soda.

  1. Ice
  2. 1 ounce Campari
  3. 1 ounce London dry gin
  4. 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  5. 1 or 2 orange wheels, for garnish
