In a cocktail shaker, combine the whiskey, Branca Menta, lemon juice, Ginger Syrup and honey syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled ice-filled highball glass and stir in the club soda. Pinch the lemon twist over the drink and discard. Garnish with the nutmeg.
