Nancy Whiskey

To give this cocktail an intense smokiness, mixologist Jack McGarry prefers a peated Irish whiskey (whiskey distilled from malt dried over peat fires—a process used in Scotch production but unusual for Irish whiskey). The honey and ginger syrup help balance the smokiness.
