Recipe: Mucho Picchu
Ingredients
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces pisco
- 1 teaspoon maraschino liqueur
- 1/2 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 2 ounces chilled Champagne
- 1 grapefruit twist
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the Champagne and the twist and shake well. Strain into a flute and top with the Champagne. Pinch the twist over the drink, rub it around the rim and discard.
