  • Ice
  • 2 ounces pear Eau-de-vie
  • 3/4 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh cucumber juice, made from strained pureed cucumber
  • 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  • Dash of orange bitters
  • 1 long, thin cucumber slice threaded onto a skewer, for garnish (optional)

How to make this recipe

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the cucumber slice and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the skewered cucumber slice.
