Molasses Butter

  • SERVINGS: Makes about 1 1/2 cups

  1. 2 sticks (1/2 pound) unsalted butter, softened
  2. 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  3. 1/3 cup unsulphured molasses
  1. In a medium bowl, beat the butter with the brown sugar until light and creamy. Beat in the molasses.
Make Ahead The butter can be refrigerated overnight.
