Miso-Shrimp Summer Rolls

- Twelve 8-inch round rice papers
- Grilled Miso Shrimp, shrimp and scallions chopped
- Shredded carrots and lettuce
- Soak 1 rice paper at a time in hot water until pliable, 10 seconds; transfer to a work surface. Spread the sambal mayonnaise on the rice papers and top with the shrimp, scallions, carrots and lettuce. Roll tightly, folding in the sides. Serve.
