Mirto Martini

The key to this tart drink is mirto, a bitter Sardinian digestif made from myrtle berries, which is increasingly available at American liquor stores.

- 3/4 ounce mirto
- 4 blueberries, skewered on a pick
- Ice
- 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
- 1 ounce orange vodka
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the blueberries and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the skewered blueberries.
