Mint Syrup
- SERVINGS: Makes about 5 ounces of syrup
- •MAKE-AHEAD
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 10 mint leaves, torn
- In a small saucepan, bring water and sugar to a boil. Remove from the heat and add mint. Steep for at least 2 hours, then strain and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
