Cocktails made with honey often include the word "bee," as in Bee's Kiss or Bee's Knees, but this drink's sweet sting is a surprise.

Ingredients

  • Ingredients
    1. Ice
    2. 1 1/2 ounces vodka
    3. 1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
    4. 3/4 ounce Honey Syrup
    5. 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
    6. 1 mint sprig

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, lemon juice, Honey Syrup and Simple Syrup and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish with the mint sprig.
