Manager and part-time bartender Michelle Magidow created this drink to showcase Moscato d'Asti, a sweet sparkling wine from Italy's Piedmont region.

Ingredients

  • Ingredients
    1. 3 ounces Moscato d'Asti
    2. 1 ounce Campari
    3. 1/2 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
    4. 1 orange twist

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the orange twist and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the orange twist.
