- 2 teaspoons white miso
- 3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
- 3/4 ounce Toasted-Almond Syrup
- 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
- 1 orange twist
In a cocktail shaker, stir the miso, grapefruit juice and Toasted-Almond Syrup together. Add ice and the tequila and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish with the orange twist.
