  1. 2 teaspoons white miso
  2. 3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  3. 3/4 ounce Toasted-Almond Syrup
  4. Ice
  5. 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
  6. 1 orange twist
  1. In a cocktail shaker, stir the miso, grapefruit juice and Toasted-Almond Syrup together. Add ice and the tequila and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and garnish with the orange twist.
