Recipe: Mesa Grill Margarita
Ingredients
- 8 oz. white tequila
- 4 oz. triple sec or other orange liquer
- 4 oz. lime juice
- Coarse salt (optional)
- Lime wedge

Combine tequila, triple sec, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake well. Pour into a chilled Collins glass and garnish with the lime wedge.
Optional: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip the glass into a saucer of the coarse salt. -
Up Margarita
Combine tequila, triple sec, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
Optional: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip the glass into a saucer of the coarse salt. -
Frozen Margarita
Combine tequila, triple sec, and lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a goblet and garnish with a lime wedge.
Optional: Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip the glass into a saucer of the coarse salt.
