In a cocktail shaker, muddle the seedless watermelon rectangle with the sugar. Add the añejo tequila, lime juice, vanilla vodka and grenadine and shake well. Strain the drink into an ice-filled highball glass and top with a large splash of chilled club soda. Garnish the cocktail with the watermelon triangle.
