Melon-and-Strawberry Salad with Spicy Lemongrass Syrup

This recipe is super refreshing and delicious. I substituted Honeydew in place of Canary or Crenshaw melon. The chili gives the syrup a nice kick and the syrup is a great complement to the creme fraiche.
