I do not like meat loaf, but this is special.  Very yummy.  Make it at least once a year--so many recipes so little time!

Excellent recipe! I made this twice and everyone loves it. Great for leftovers or served on a sandwich.

My husband said, "this is not meatloaf".  It is fabulous.  I did not use veal however, not a supporter.
