Recipe: Mary Is Getting Fresh

Ingredients

  1. 1 small plum tomato
  2. 1 lemon wedge
  3. 1 lime wedge
  4. 1 teaspoon diced red onion
  5. 1 teaspoon diced seeded jalapeño
  6. 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  7. 4 cilantro sprigs
  8. Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  9. Pinch each of salt and freshly ground pepper
  10. Ice
  11. 2 ounces vodka
  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle all of the ingredients except ice and the vodka. Add ice and the vodka and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
