- 3 ounces gin
- 1 ounce dry vermouth
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- 1 lemon twist or 1 green olive
- Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the gin, vermouth and bitters and stir well. Strain into a chilled martini glass or coupe and garnish with the lemon twist or olive.
