Marmalade Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

1. Ice
2. 2 1/2 ounces bourbon
3. 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
4. 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
5. 1 teaspoon orange marmalade
6. 1 dash of orange bitters
7. 1 orange twist

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the orange twist and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to dissolve the marmalade. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the orange twist.
