- 2 ounces cachaça (potent Brazilian sugarcane spirit)
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- 1 large egg white
- 1 tablespoon citrus marmalade
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except the ice. Shake well. Add ice; shake again. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
