Marinated Feta

  1. 1 1/4 pounds Greek feta cheese, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  2. 3/4 cup olive oil
  3. 1/4 cup lemon juice
  4. 1/4 cup mint, torn
  5. Pepper to taste
  1. Whisk the olive oil and lemon juice; season with pepper. Add the feta cheese and mint and toss gently.
Serve With Bread.
