  1. 2 lime wedges
  2. Kosher salt
  3. Ice
  4. 2 ounces blanco tequila
  5. 3/4 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
  6. 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  7. 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  1. Moisten half of the outer rim of a coupe with 1 of the lime wedges and coat lightly with salt. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add all of the remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain into the prepared coupe and garnish with the remaining lime wedge.
