This tri-level restaurant, designed by David Rockwell, has a floor-to-ceiling wall of blue Mexican tile and a tequila bar serving 100 varieties.
- SERVINGS: 1 drink
Ingredients
- Ice
- 2 ounces silver tequila
- 1 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, Cointreau and lime juice. Shake well; strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
