This tri-level restaurant, designed by David Rockwell, has a floor-to-ceiling wall of blue Mexican tile and a tequila bar serving 100 varieties.

  • SERVINGS: 1 drink

Ingredients

  1. Ice
  2. 2 ounces silver tequila
  3. 1 ounce Cointreau or other triple sec
  4. 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, Cointreau and lime juice. Shake well; strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
