- 4 rosemary sprigs
- 6 ounces pure maple syrup
- Combine ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high power until hot, about 30 seconds. Let the syrup cool, then discard the rosemary sprigs. Transfer the syrup to a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
