  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound raw broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

How to make this recipe

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, maple syrup, vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Stir in the broccoli and onion, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Crumble the bacon over the salad and serve.
