How to Make It


In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, maple syrup, vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. Stir in the broccoli and onion, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Crumble the bacon over the salad and serve.
