Ingredients

  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 large mango, diced
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 serrano chile, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Kosher saltĀ 
  • Freshly ground black pepper

How to make this recipe

  1. In a bowl, toss together the tomato, mango, onion, chile, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Season to taste and serve.
