- 4 large ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup dark rum
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Pineapple wedges, for garnish
- In a blender, puree the mangoes and sugar with the orange and lime juices, rum, cinnamon and bitters. Transfer to a pitcher and refrigerate until chilled. If the drink is too thick, thin it with a little water. Pour into large glasses and garnish with pineapple.
