Mango Mignonette Sauce

Mango gives a tropical twist to this classic sauce for ice-cold oysters and clams.

  • SERVINGS: MAKES ABOUT 1 1/4 CUPS

Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
  2. 1/2 cup minced mango
  3. 1/4 cup minced shallots
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and serve over freshly shucked oysters and clams.
