Mango Mignonette Sauce
- SERVINGS: makes about 1 1/4 cups
Mango gives a tropical twist to this classic sauce for ice-cold oysters and clams.
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup minced mango
- 1/4 cup minced shallots
- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and serve over freshly shucked oysters and clams.
