Mango-Lilikoi Puree

Use this puree to make the nonalcoholic Lilikoi drink.

  1. 1 mango, peeled and cubed
  2. 3 ounces passion fruit nectar or juice
  1. In a blender, combine the mango with the passion fruit nectar. Blend until smooth. Transfer the puree to a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
