Mango Lassi

In India, a traditional lassi is made by blending yogurt with water, salt and spices until frothy. This fruity version is a perfect match for chef Floyd Cardoz's Indian-spiced food.

  1. Ice
  2. 3 ounces plain whole milk yogurt
  3. 3 ounces mango nectar
  4. 1 ounce whole milk
  5. 1/2 to 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  6. Ground cumin
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the cumin. Shake well and strain into an iced-filled pilsner glass. Top with a dusting of cumin.
