In India, a traditional lassi is made by blending yogurt with water, salt and spices until frothy. This fruity version is a perfect match for chef Floyd Cardoz's Indian-spiced food.
- 3 ounces plain whole milk yogurt
- 3 ounces mango nectar
- 1 ounce whole milk
- 1/2 to 1 ounce Simple Syrup
- Ground cumin
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the cumin. Shake well and strain into an iced-filled pilsner glass. Top with a dusting of cumin.
