- 1 firm mango, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1 medium cucumberpeeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- In a bowl, combine the mango with the cucumber, cilantro, lime juice and jalapeño. Season with salt.
Serve With Grilled Steak Tacos.
