Mango-Cucumber Salsa

Ingredients

  1. 1 firm mango, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice
  2. 1 medium cucumber—peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch dice
  3. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  4. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  5. 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  6. Salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the mango with the cucumber, cilantro, lime juice and jalapeño. Season with salt.
