  • 1 firm mango, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice
  • 1 medium cucumber—peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch dice
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • Salt

How to make this recipe

  1. In a bowl, combine the mango with the cucumber, cilantro, lime juice and jalapeño. Season with salt.

Serve With
